Murphys Construction has been awarded the carpentry package for Anchorage – part of the Beachside Sumner development. The team kicked off on site mid -April 2025.
Anchorage is a premium beachfront building featuring 10 two- and three-bedroom apartments, including a luxury penthouse, all designed to make the most of the stunning Sumner coastline. It’s part of a landmark $120 million masterplan that will bring resort-style living and striking architecture to one of Christchurch’s most iconic coastal locations.
